On-Request / Special Order Product Policy
"On-Request" or "Special Order" Products are products that we don't currently hold any In-stock inventory for but our distributors , wholesalers and manufacturers from across the world do.
This means that we have sold out of our available In-stock Inventory and won't be restocking within the near future unless a customer has "Requested" or "Special Ordered" the product.
When a customer "Requests" or "Special Orders" a product by selecting a product marked as "On-Request" from our website, checking out and purchases said product. This constitute a "special order" and are therefore exempt from cancellation or refund unless the product arrives damage or faulty.
"On-Request" or "Special Order" products are typically dispatched within 14 to 21 business days.

Collection Page
Within the collection page(s) on our website you can find the "On-Request" availability status at the top left corner of all "On-Request" products within a clearly marked box.
This is also accompanied with the products dispatch range below the brand and title.
Search page
Same as the Collection page within Search page on our website you can find the "On-Request" availability status at the top left corner of all "On-Request" products within a clearly marked box.
This is also accompanied with the products dispatch range below the brand and title.

Product Page
Within our Product page you can find both our "On-Request" availability status and estimated dispatch time frame combined together under the add to cart button for the ease of browsing.
We are currently working on a different solution to this to help provide more information on the product page.
Pop-out Cart / Mobile Cart
Once you have added your "On-Request" or "Special Order" Product(s) to your cart / basket you will be able to see the "On-Request" availability status at the top of the product card , accompanied with the products dispatch range below the products title.
Desktop Cart
Once you have added your "On-Request" or "Special Order" Product(s) to your cart / basket you will be able to see the "On-Request" availability status at the top of the product card , accompanied with the products dispatch range below the products title.
As per our "On-Request" or "Special Order" policy we are unable to cancel or provide refunds for orders that contain "On-Request" or "Special Order" product(s) as these are specially requested items by the customer and void eligibility refunds or cancellations
