Christmas & New Years Shipping Info 2025

IN-STOCK PRODUCTS
The last ordering & posting day to Guarantee your 'In- Stock" orders arrival before Christmas is Wednesday 18th December. Our deadline for last orders is 2PM on the 18th to ensure all orders are packed and shipped.
Any order placed after the cut off period will NOT be Guaranteed in time for Christmas and will be dispatched once our store Re-Opens after the festive period of Monday 5th of January 2026.
ON-REQUEST PRODUCTS
The last ordering day to Guarantee your "On-Request" orders arrival before Christmas is Friday 5th December. Our deadline for last orders is 4PM on Friday 5th to ensure all orders are placed in good time with each international distributor and for all the stock to arrive and to be dispatched before the Christmas Deadline.
Our last posting day for "On-Request" orders is Wednesday 18th December.
Any order placed after the cut off period will NOT be Guaranteed in time for Christmas and will be dispatched once our store Re-Opens after the festive period of Monday 5th of January 2026.
PRE-ORDER Products
As Pre-Order Products Release and Ship at the end of their respective release months we can NOT Guarantee your order will arrive before Christmas.
If you have purchased a Pre-Order product that is stated for a release of "End of December 2025" Before Friday 12th December , your order will be Shipped Monday 5th of January 2026.
If you have purchased a Pre-Order product that is stated for a release of "End of December 2025" After Friday 12th December , your order will be Shipped between Friday 9th to Friday 23rd of January 2026. This is due to our last shipment of Pre-orders for 2025 already being shipped which means any order made after will be on our first shipment of 2026.
Mixed Availability Orders
Orders Containing a mixture of "IN-STOCK" , "ON-REQUEST" & "PRE-ORDER" products will be dispatched individuality as they come into stock in accordance with with each products respective shipping policy and our Christmas & New Years shipping guidelines for each products availability status.
Any order placed after the cut off period will NOT be Guaranteed in time for Christmas and will be dispatched once our store Re-Opens after the festive period of Monday 5th of January 2026.
Royal Mail Deadline & Services
We are using Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 to ensure your order arrives swiftly and fully tracked to your door this Christmas.
Royal Mail has Imposed a cut of date for Business to Guarantee their parcels are delivered in time for Christmas of Wednesday 18th December 2025 with final collection time of 17:00.
Royal Mail will not be delivering or operational on Thursday 25th , Friday 26th , Sunday 28th of December 2025 and will also be closed on Thursday 1st & Friday 2nd of January 2026.
Post will return back to Normal on Monday 5th of January 2026.
