SHIPPING POLICY
Here at Anime Emporium orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
DELVIERY TIMELINE :
IN-STOCK PRODUCT(s)
Orders Containing "IN-STOCK" product(s) will typically be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of the order confirmation, but delays may occur during periods of high shipping volume or due to seasonal or public holidays.
ON-REQUEST PRODUCT(s)
Orders Containing "ON-REQUEST" Product(s) will typically be dispatched within 14 to 21 business days of the order confirmation, but delays may occur during periods of high shipping volume or due to seasonal or public holidays.
Delays can also occur during transit of your order to the Anime Emporium warehouse from the respective manufacturer or distributor.
PRE-ORDER PRODUCT(s)
Orders Containing "PRE-ORDER" Product(s) will be dispatched inline with our "in-stock" Product and our "mixed availability" shipping policy(s) once the product has arrived in our warehouse at Anime Emporium.
Please be aware any release date(s) or arrival date(s) provided for Pre-Order product(s) are estimates and or guidelines that are subject to change by the product(s) respective manufacturer or distributor at any time.
These estimated dates can be changed from a few months to release or arrival all the way to a few days before release or arrival.
Due to the unstable nature of Pre-Order product(s) Anime Emporium cannot be held liable for delays outside of our control.
If your Pre-Order product(s) release or arrival date changes you will be notified via the email address you used at checkout to purchase your order.
MIXED AVAILABILITY ORDERS
If an order contains products of a mixed availability, for UK customers we will ship each item individuality as they come into stock in accordance with each products respective shipping policy.
SEASONAL HOLIDAYS & DELAY
During seasonal holidays and bank holidays (for example : Easter , Halloween , Black Friday , Christmas , New Years Period) order processing and dispatch times may be affected and take longer than expect due to increased volume and workload on the warehouse. We ask for your patience and understanding during these periods.
TRACKING INFOMATION
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
CUSTOM CHARGES
If your order is subjected to customs charges ,value added tax (VAT) or any other import duty, Anime Emporium is not responsible, liable or subject to paying these charges, they would be accountable to the customer.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Please ensure your shipping address is ACCURATE and CORRECT at checkout before you purchase your order.
If your order is returned back to us due to the delivery service unable to deliver your order
Please note that once an order is dispatched and handed off to the chosen shipping courier from checkout we Anime Emporium are not responsible or liable for your order(s) or parcel(s) getting lost, damaged, delayed.
We Anime Emporium are also not responsible or liable for your order(s) or parcel(s) being returned to Anime Emporium due to refusal of delivery, missed delivery attempts or incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If an order or parcel is retuned back to Anime Emporium due to any of these reason of customer error, we will contact you (the customer) to resend the order. There will be a fee equal to the original postage paid to re-ship the returned order(s) or package(s) to the amended address of the customer.
The re-shipping fee will be paid before dispatch of the returned order(s) or package(s).
