Are the products officially licensed?

Yes all products stocked at Anime Emporium are official and are sauced from official distributors or straight from manufacturer

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit / credit cards including discovery and American Express.

How much does shipping cost?

Will I be changed Import Duties?

UK customers are exempt from all customs charges, duties, ect.

Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and tariffs, which are imposed once your order reaches the destination country.

Please look up your country's import duty laws for more information regarding this matter.

How do I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately Shopify doesn't allow customers to change their own address on active orders. Please contact customer support via out contact us page here. with your new address and we will change it over for you.

You can change your default address at checount by either signing in or creating a free account (with the same email used for your order)

Once on your accounts page navigate to the profile picture and tap / click it, you will receive a drop down menu, from the options tap / click profile section.

Once on your profile you can add or change your name, address, email and phone number associated with your default checkout address.

This Does Not change your active orders address. Please contact customer support via out contact us page here.

Returns & Cancellations

How do I return an item?

We have a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You can process your own return by either signing in or creating a free account (with the same email used for your order). Once on your accounts page navigate to the orders tab, then click on the order you would like to return and select return.

Once you have initialize the return we will provide you with a free return label within 1 business.

Upon your products return we will initialize the refund process.

How do I cancel my order?

Pre-Order

When will my Pre-Order arrive?

Please see your Pre-Orders product page for the most current & accurate release information from our Distributors & Manufacturers.

If your Pre-Order has been delayed, we will email you with up-to date information once it has become available to us.

Pre-Order release date changes?

Unfortunately Release Dates do change and get pushed by usually a month or two at the worst.

The Release Date shown on our product pages is the information our Distributors and or the Manufacturers give us.

How do I know if a product is for Pre-Order or not?

Here at Anime Emporium we have gone to great lengths to be transparent and mark these products in a clear fashion.

The Home Page & collection Pages the product card will display

"Pre-Order" text above the product title marking the type of availability and also under the title where the dispatch information is show as "Release Date: End of [Insert Month & Year Here]"

The Product Page will display

"Release Date: End of [Insert Month & Year Here]" above the "Add to Cart" and under the "Quantity Selector"

And

"Pre-Order Product | Please Read FAQ's For More Information"

Under the "Add to Cart" Button and above the "Trust badges"

Why have others received their Pre-Orders and not me?

This can depend on a lots of factors that is not within our control.

Typically the EU / UK distributors receive their stock between 60 to 90 days after the initial Japanese release. This is due to higher quantities of products to be manufactured and to factoring in shipping via sea freight. once shipment is received by distributors there is a further up-to 14 days for them to ship the Pre-orders out and for the retailers to receive the stock.

Some retailers receive their stock early due to using unauthorised distributors which the products are not marked or licenced for sale within the UK or EU.

In some cases when we receive our stock we may ship orders sequentially in waves depending on the amount of orders needing to be shipped out that day. If this is the case please bear with us and we will have your order as soon as possible.

*If you have seen people on social media receive their Pre-Orders before you please check the relevant release information of your Pre-Order on ethier the product page or your order confirmation email or order status email as we only use officially licenced distributors for our region and do not import straight from Japan or use unauthorised distributors which can lead to un-licenced products arriving early into your region.

What are "on Request" products

On Request are products available to purchase from distributors across the globe.

This helps us provide a much wider ranger of Anime Merchandise to you without having a warehouse exploding with stock.

How do I know if a product is an on request product or Not?

Here at Anime Emporium we have gone to great lengths to be transparent and mark these products in a clear fashion.


"Available on Request" products are marked With

"Available on Request" text above the product title marking the type of availability and also under the title where the dispatch information is show as "Dispatch Within 21 Working Days" or "Dispatch Within 7 Working Days"
